ETALON Russian Company LLC, whose mission is to improve the health and quality of life of the population of the Russian Federation, actively participates in various social projects, because it is important to follow our principles and beliefs not only in words, but also in actions.
Our company held the “Children Are Our Future” charity event in support of children with diabetes in Tambov, together with the “Children’s Fund” charity organization. The focus was on a serious issue—diabetes in children—as the incidence rate across the country has been growing year after year, by 1.5% to 3%. At present, approximately 320 children living with diabetes are registered in Tambov Region.
Sergey Ilyin, the company’s regional representative for the Central and Southern Federal Districts, spoke with the participants of the event and introduced them to iCheck-branded products and the operating principles of the blood glucose meter:
“It does not require coding. It uses capillary technology and double verification during testing; when the sample interacts with the enzymes, a backup mechanism is activated, providing maximum accuracy. The device is durable, and we have excluded all unnecessary innovations that are sometimes included as a marketing ploy. As part of the event, all families were given innovative blood glucose meters distributed by the Russian company ETALON. The devices are intended to help children and make things easier for their parents.
